WAGE RANGE (NON-EXEMPT): $19 per hour; Overtime Eligible
SCHEDULE: Friday - Sunday; 6:30am - 7:00pm (36 hours, paid as 40 hours)

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position expedites the flow of production materials and related supplies to the production lines. Also, they are responsible for entries of materials usage and finished product items in a computerized inventory system. Works with team to provide current and timely inventory status.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
• Utilize a forklift and reach lift to transport materials efficiently and safely across the warehouse to production lines.
• Complete a record of material movement to and from shelving locations and production lines using a handheld inventory system.
• Reconcile materials from completed jobs and return the remaining materials to specified shelving units in the warehouse.
• Utilize a reach lift or sit down/stand up lift to carefully place pallets in designated racking areas.
• Organize, consolidate, and strategically place materials for upcoming jobs in staging lanes daily, ensuring smooth production flow.
• Maintain a First-In/First-Out system to guarantee that expiry requirements are met without any spoilage.
• Overtime may be required to support production lines on a day-to-day basis.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks in and around storage areas daily, promoting cleanliness and organization.
• Continuously strive to improve processes and refine methods of job performance, seeking out opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Uphold and deliver safe, high-quality, and consistent products and services that not only meet but exceed the expectations of our valued customers.
• Adhere to the guidelines and requirements outlined in the General Safety Communication Program.
• Complete any additional duties or tasks that may be assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Forklift Experience Required
• Reach Lift or Sit Down/Stand Up Lift Experience Required
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Lift up to 50-75lbs occasionally
• Attention to Detail
• Able to Accurately Perform Repetitive Tasks
WORK ENVIROMENT AND EQUIPMENT:
• This is a warehouse position is inside a warm and dry facility.
• This position requires work in a warehouse roasting facility that requires constant standing on concrete floors, exposed to loud equipment noise and subject to coffee dust strong odors.
• Personal protection equipment and other Good Manufacturing Practices are mandatory.
WORK HABITS:
• Regular attendance and promptness are required for this position.
• Some work may be required outside of the normal work week.
