Involved in the administration of commercial real estate leases including file management, correspondence, and tenant/ vendor communication. Strong customer service and the ability ... to multitask and consistently meet deadlines a must. This position requires ability to work some overtime, which often cannot be predicted in advance. Previous experience with commercial property management a plus.
Responsibilities
· Provides general office support with a variety of administrative and clerical activities; answering phones,
ordering supplies, sort, organize and distribute incoming mail, depositing checks.
· Maintain physical and virtual filing systems in an accurate and organized manner.
· Maintain and update vendor and tenant contact list.
· A/R calls in pursuit of collection of rent, drafting default letters and miscellaneous correspondence as directed.
· Processing standard accounting and lease documentation forms.
· Initiating and follow up of service calls with vendors for maintenance, repair, and improvements of the property.
· Respond and follow through on request for information and communication with all levels of management with
minimal supervision.
· Gathering information concerning incident reports filed with Risk Management.
· Special Projects as directed.
Qualifications
· Must have strong computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook. Yardi a plus
