Welcome to Keni’s Clean Care Concierge, the premier luxury cleaning service catering to the refined homes, businesses, and special properties of Seattle, Bellevue, and the greater King County area. We are dedicated to providing top-tier cleaning solutions with a focus on excellence, quality, and eco-friendly practices. We are looking to expand our team and hire multiple experienced cleaners to join us in delivering exceptional cleaning services across a range of properties.
Keni’s Clean Care Concierge is expanding, and we are seeking self employed subcontracted cleaners. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in residential, commercial, rental property, move in/move out, and post-construction clean up services. New hires will undergo a 90-day trial period to ensure they are a good fit for our team and uphold our standards of excellence.
Experience:

Versatile Cleaning Experience: No experience required but 2+ years of experience in either residential, commercial, rental property, move in/move out, and post-construction clean up services, ensuring proficiency across a range of cleaning needs preferred.

Meticulous Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and thoroughness in completing tasks across different types of properties.

Specialized Cleaning Techniques: Experience with specialized cleaning tasks such as post-construction clean up, ensuring effective removal of construction debris and dust.

Client Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with clients, understand their specific cleaning needs, and provide exceptional service.

Organizational Skills: Excellent time management skills to prioritize cleaning duties effectively, ensuring efficient and thorough cleaning sessions.

Physical Stamina: Demonstrated physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods and handle heavy objects if necessary.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US:
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States and provide proof of authorization if hired.
- Pass a criminal background check and Valid Drivers License:
• A clean criminal background check is required to ensure the safety and trustworthiness of our team members.
- Able to work in homes with pets:
• Some of our clients have pets, so candidates should be comfortable and able to work in homes where pets are present.
- Flexible Availability:
• Candidates should have availability during early morning, daytime, or evening hours as needed for cleaning appointments. Our schedule may include shifts outside of standard business hours to accommodate client preferences.
- Able to work in a team of 2-3 people:
• Our cleaning teams typically consist of 2-3 members, so candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively in a team setting. This includes coordinating tasks, communicating effectively, and supporting each other to deliver exceptional cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

Residential Cleaning: Perform detailed and thorough cleaning services for luxury homes, including Deep Cleans, Standard Cleans, Move In/Out Cleans, and Specialized Services.

Commercial Cleaning: Conduct professional cleaning services for high-end business establishments, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in commercial spaces.

Rental Property Maintenance: Prepare rental properties for new tenants with Move In/Move Out Cleans, maintaining a pristine and inviting environment.

Post-Construction Clean Up: Execute specialized post-construction cleaning tasks to remove debris, dust, and residues from construction projects.

Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements, address any concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Supplies and Equipment Maintenance: Provide a complete set of your own high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment, maintaining them to ensure optimal performance. Including a variety of trusted eco-friendly cleaning products. We also supply these materials, so please apply even if you don’t have a set of your own high quality products.

Reliability and Transportation: Have a reliable form of transportation to and from job sites, showcasing punctuality and professionalism.
-Insurance and Background Check: Provide a General Liability Certificate of Insurance and pass a criminal background check to ensure trust and safety.
