Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations as per Banquet Event Order
- Set up tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert table/carts, and cordial carts
- Communicate special meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and requests to the kitchen
- Clear courses and properly crumb tables
- Fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Replenish buffet items to maintain presentation consistency and freshness
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned station and service areas
- Bus tables and separate tableware, plateware, glassware, and flatware
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
