What The Customer Service Representative Will Be Doing:
• Follow all CDC and local mandates while working with customers. We are not willing to compromise your safety OR the customers
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns utilizing active listening skills, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence
• Deliver personalized product and service recommendations with the customer's wants and needs at the forefront
• Accurately notate, complete, and file product order forms using an intense level of discretion while working with confidential customer information
• Work with Customer Service Management and senior leadership to stay updated on product and service knowledge, compliance policies, and delivery/installation changes
What Skills You Will Need To Be A Successful Customer Service Representative:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
• Timely and dependable; You possess a reputation as always being on time and prepared
• Technologically savvy - You are comfortable working with new apps, software and can easily navigate through a tablet
• Confidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high energy environment where creativity, proactivity, and teamwork are essential
