Founded in 1999, DTG Recycle is the largest recycler of commercial, industrial, construction, and demolition materials in the Pacific Northwest.
Shift Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM PST
Essential Job Functions:
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintains consistent communication cadence with existing customers
• Build rapport quickly – within minutes of a phone call or the subject line of an email
• Strong reasoning abilities, sound judgement, strong listening skills, resourcefulness and follow through skills
• Document customer interactions within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Process documents which accompany a sales opportunity
• Compare data entered with source documents and re-enter data if errors are present
• Route source documents after completion
• Respond to inquiries regarding data entered
• Follow written guidelines for handling confidential information
Required Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to adhere to the assigned scheduled
• Ability to multitask specifically typing on the computer and answer the phone in tandem
• Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills across diverse settings.
• Displays excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Exhibits a proactive approach and self-motivation to achieve success.
• Capable of working autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time
• Moderate noise and temperature levels
• Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours a day
• The employee is occasionally required to stoop, bend, or kneel, lift up to 25 lbs. and perform other diverse physical tasks as needed.
• The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
