Responsibilities
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls
• Provide clear communication to assist customers over the phone and by e-mail with a variety of questions
• Document all of customer interactions, detailing inquiries as well as actions taken
• Perform complex clerical duties with accurate and timely data entry, including policy changes, payments, cancelations, and incoming/outgoing mail
• Handle all customer information with the highest level of confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Ability to maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor
• Ability to communicate at a professional level in both written and verbal form
• Possess strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize managing multiple assignments with high detail accuracy
• Strong computer skills - familiar with Windows OS and Office applications
• Have effective organizational, time management and multitasking skills
• Quick and accurate typing and 10-key skills
• Required to pass the licensing exam within 60 days of hire
• Attendance and punctuality, 3 issues in the first 60 days are grounds for dismissal
