As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a business-critical support team for food service customers and field partners. Your knowledge of coffee products and exceptional customer service skills will enable you to be a food service subject matter expert, problem solver and trusted advisor to our growing customer base ... • Answer incoming calls to process customer orders, answer questions, track deliveries and issue credits, when needed.
• Process marketing orders for food service.
• Create and distribute customized product guides for customers.
• Be a subject matter expert around coffee programs, promotions and new products. Add-on/upsell whenever appropriate.
• Resolve and report carrier issues.
• Maintain and update customer contact and account information.
• Problem solve and escalate issues to involved teams for resolution, when appropriate.
• Assist on special project teams, such as technology testing and reporting.
