We are currently looking to immediately for Mid shift and Night Audit shift at our Federal Way location. We prefer someone that could do two graveyard shifts and two mid-shift
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
• You will use your customer service and communications skills to provide the guest with an exceptional hotel experience ... • Check guest in and out using our computer programs, equipment and provide guests with directions to their room
• You will patiently and professionally handle and resolve guest complaint
• You will invoice and bill guests for their stay
• Night Audit will run nightly reports
Our front desk agents are the frontline to all guests needs and must be professional at all times. If you have great customer service skills and experience and love to work as part of a great team, this may be the job for you.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
