General Laborer:

· Possess clear oral and written communication skills.
· Has good judgement, initiative, and ability to carry out assignments with minimal direct supervision.
· Willingness to stand and/or be on feet for up to 12+ hours per day
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as needed.
· Must be able to go up and down on ladders, steps, or other lifts as necessary.
· Must be able to work in poor weather and/or unregulated temperatures 12+ hours/day.
· Willingness to work rotating 12-hour schedule, 4 days on 3:00 am – 3:00 pm, 4 days off, 4 nights on 3:00 pm – 3:00 am, 4 days off.
· Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and call-in rotations during 24/7 per week operations.
Pay Range:
· $26.64 – $35.75 per hour in Line of Progression
