Responsible for receiving and recording F&B products and stocking the appropriate storerooms ... Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receives and unloads product in stocking storage rooms, walk-in refrigerators and freezers and making deliveries to designated outlets or locations.
Responsible for the organization, rotation, and labeling of products, and sanitation of storage areas, as well as recording inventory daily for ordering and control purposes.
Cleans floors in receiving and storeroom areas, as well as removal of all boxes, pallets and other delivery items prior to departing.
Accountable for the acceptance of product, knowledge of par stocks and communication of out of stock or un-shipped items.
Communicates with all receiving departments.
Responsible for the operation of use of a forklift to move supplies.
Assisting with inventory control by following SOPs.
Responsible for taking out kitchen trash, including but not limited to food particles from garbage disposals.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to read, write and understand instructions.
Ability to use a computer, printer, telephone, fax machine, and copier.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Strong organization skills.
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
High School diploma or equivalent.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Frequent pushing, pulling, twisting and bending.
Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
