This position will provide administrative support for the Dean, Associate/Assistant Dean(s), and manage the operations of the Dean's Office. The Executive Assistant will manage the college committee lists, emergency building plans, and provide reports and information as requested by the Dean and Associate/Assistant Dean(s). This position will also assist with all college-wide events, including hosting and catering, and coordinate monthly Dean's Office meetings and other workshops as requested. Required Qualifications Graduation from high school or equivalent education and five years of progressively responsible administrative support experience which included overseeing administrative office activities, maintaining complex records, and coordinating administrative communication including written and oral information to various managers and work groups; OR One year of experience as an Administrative Assistant IV in Nevada State service which included administrative support duties as described above; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience as described above. Preferred Qualifications Candidates with experience working with diverse populations in a college setting and collaborating effectively as part of a team are encouraged to apply.
