This job description is a guideline to routine work assignments. We anticipate you will frequently go above and beyond this expectation to impress our guests, your supervisor and fellow employees.

Base Pay: Hourly + Benefits (health, 401k, travel)
Employee Type: Hourly – Non-Exempt
Required Travel: Negligible
Schedule: 4 Wk On / 2 Wk Off
Conditions
You will be constantly on your feet running around to make our guests happy. You are a Safety Solider and are always vigilant especially around chemicals and equipment. You will primarily be based inside with minimal outside exposure as you are constantly searching for ways to improve the campus. Eat your Wheaties because you may need to lift up to 40 pounds.
Daily Responsibilities
Our Goal: Think of a visit to grandma’s house when she was so excited to see you. She welcomed you in, made you feel so comfortable and attended to your every need. Bingo! Now you understand our goal. You won’t need to tuck anyone in but you might be passing out warm cookies.
How we meet this goal:
• Like Bob Barker on the Price is Right, you are the welcoming face of LoneTree to our guests. You set the tone for their stay and how they view everything we do going forward so practice your smile.
• You are the hub or fulcrum around which the entire operation revolves. You are so organized that your closet is sorted by color and your socks are folded by length. You dot I’s and cross T’s as a hobby on the weekends.
• Expedia.com has nothing on you. You arrange travel for the employees to and from camp by finding the best deals and methods to move our people.
• Like a great hockey goalie, you handle every service issue and concern thrown your way. Customer service, communication and the ability to impress a guest come as easy to you as saving 15% on car insurance is to a gecko.
• Human Resources concepts are like the cupboards at your mom’s house, you generally know what and where everything is but are not afraid to ask for help.
• Efficiency is your middle name and you have the birth certificate to prove it.
• You are as dependable as 5’oclock traffic and meet every deadline assigned to you.
• You are a relationship expert. People know you, you’re kind of a big deal. From vendors to guests to staff and everyone in between, you are the Mayor of LoneTree.
• Maintain accurate records of client personnel in camp (i.e. Man Count, Room list, Security list)
• Maintain proper use of the P.O. System; Prepare orders, Place orders and reconcile orders (all to be approved by Camp Manager)
• Process invoices, prepare expense reports, review spending reports
• Maintain standardized filing system which includes: HR documentation, Reports (i.e. Rosters, Incidents, Accidents, Expenses, Shipping records and vendor information)
• Will be required to document: meeting minutes, attendance, timecards, incidents and accidents
• We are always safe and always wear our safety equipment. We save gambling for Vegas.
• We go the extra mile. Your supervisor will regularly ask you to do more than asked above.

Hours
You will be amazed at how fast your schedule flies by. You will stay on-site for four weeks at a time. You will have up to 12 hours a day, seven days per week to make our campus look awesome. Following your four week tour you will enjoy two weeks off to do whatever the heck you feel like, as long as it is legal of course. Just like mom’s house we will provide you a clean room and 3 tasty meals each day. Our amenities are your amenities. Enjoy everything our facility has to offer while you are with us.
