Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel linens and guest laundry are laundered and maintained in a clean and orderly manner. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests. Responsibilities - Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute hotel linens and guest laundry - Operate commercial laundry equipment in accordance with established procedures - Inspect linens for stains or damages and report any issues to the supervisor - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when restocking is needed - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries or concerns related to laundry services Experience - Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment ... preferred - Familiarity with laundering techniques, including dry cleaning, ironing, and folding - Knowledge of different types of fabrics and their care requirements - Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment effectively and safely - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify stains or damages on linens - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of laundry tasks If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for cleanliness and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
