The successful candidate will be responsible for ... • Converting existing PLS policies into the Masterpiece system. This involves entering policy information from various systems such as PLS, PRS Flood, ODEN, OARS, Agent Portal, ABIZ, Masterpiece, SharePoint, shared drives and supporting process documents into the Masterpiece system.
• Collaborating with members of both onshore and offshore team. As part of the conversion process, you will work to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Handling tasks with attention to detail. Each task assigned will be unique, requiring a high level of attention to detail and the ability to analyze and process information accurately.
• Adapting to a changing environment. The role will be in a fast-paced environment and flexibility and focus is essential as processes and requirements will change.
• Understanding and applying processing guidelines. The right person will need a good understanding of processing guidelines and be able to apply them effectively to ensure delivery of an high quality product to our insured and agent.
• It is equally important to be confident in your ability to self-learn if needed as you will encounter new systems or processes during this project.
