• Meeting with existing and potential customers on behalf of Verizon Wireless to provide product and service information, answer questions and assist in the sales process
• Leading exciting and thorough product presentations by using consultative skills to determine an individual’s need and deliver tailored wireless solutions
• Cultivating and maintain positive relationships with all customers to increase opportunities for upselling and referrals
• Providing information regarding wireless products and solutions to customers
• Handling customer questions and concerns with the utmost confidence, professionalism and respect
• Keeping detailed records of all interactions and escalate any issues to the appropriate department and manager
