Customer Support Representative Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support Representative Qualifications and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of customer support experience.
• One year of technical support or computer experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and knowledge of fraud prevention.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to knowledge management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
