• What you will do:
DC Flex employees are where the rubber hits the road, serving our customers by delivering high quality order fulfillment, and creating the Q experience in every box shipped. Our customers have very high expectations of the QBP experience. Your job will be to make sure that every order that leaves the building reflects our high standards.
Order fulfillment/picking
Packing of product to QBP Standards
Assure that every order ships same day
DC Maintenance and 6S of Outbound area and Pack stations
May include truck loading, replenishments, and labeling
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
• *What you need to succeed:**
Ability to learn to accurately pick and pack orders
Work effectively under pressure, respond positively to change, attention to detail, attendance, etc.
Willingness to take initiative and work effectively without close supervision, maintain accuracy and quantity of work under pressure of deadlines and changing priorities, adaptable and flexible with change, etc.
Must be open to a flexible schedule: long days at the beginning of the week and shorter days towards the end. Some late nights will be required.
Be respectful and considerate to fellow employees
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to learn and use software and hardware used in the shipping department
