Timely and efficient delivery of medical equipment to clients.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients.
Ensure accuracy in delivery by double-checking orders and maintaining proper documentation.
Handle and transport medical equipment with care and follow all safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients to schedule delivery times and handle any delivery-related inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure all equipment is properly stocked and ready for delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
Attend all mandatory training and meetings as required.
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of delivery activities, including mileage, fuel, and maintenance logs.
Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating a company vehicle.
