We're currently looking for a meticulous and dedicated Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring our clients' premises are kept clean and presentable. Your duties will encompass a broad range of cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Furthermore, you'll also be responsible for washing dishes and upkeeping the overall cleanliness of facilities you are assigned to.
Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing various areas within the facility such as bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Undertake dishwashing duties as required, ensuring all glasses, utensils, and dishes are clean and ready for use.
• Promptly report any issues related to maintenance or equipment malfunctions to the management team.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, guaranteeing your work aligns with our standards and expectations.
• Work in a self-directed manner, demonstrating the ability to follow instructions and manage your tasks independently.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in a Cleaner role or in a similar capacity. Prior experience is highly desired.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and the capability to lift up to 50 pounds when required.
• A strong team player with the ability to also work independently when needed.

This opportunity is primarily for individuals residing in or near Charlotte, North Carolina. While our platform operates on a digital level, this Cleaner role necessitates physical presence at the designated work locations. As such, it's essential that candidates can comfortably commute to and around the Charlotte, NC area.
