JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a hard-working Packing Operator to assist in the manufacturing process. The Packing Operators responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines ... To be successful as a Packing Operator you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding Packing Operator should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
• Assembling products and parts. · Following production guidelines and specifications.
• Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
• Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
• Monitoring the packing line and removing faulty products.
• Working on the packing line and meeting production targets.
• Reporting any issues to the team leader or supervisor on duty.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.
• Pack, process and ship all customer orders accurately, timely and per SOP.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma/GED
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Basic Math and Reading
• Maintains a Positive attitude is goal driven and focused on the betterment and overall strategic picture of the organization. A good team player with the ability to take direction and follow through on tasks.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in a high-volume manufacturing environment, handling both manual and automated equipment and systems; and will involve working in a typical manufacturing environment. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Overtime is required periodically.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the worker to be constantly standing, walking, carrying, twisting, bending, seeing, stooping, balancing, hearing, as well as handling paperwork. Workers will be lifting objects weighing from less than 20 lbs. to 40 lbs
