For consideration, we ask for all Construction General Labor applicants to submit a resume and/or work history detailing your employment over the last three years or have relevancy in Commercial/Residential Construction ... Charlotte Labor Source is an E-verify/EOE.
Job Duties include, but not limited to:
• Moving materials
• Clean work sites
• Distribute construction or extraction materials to locations where needed
• Load or unload materials
• Operate pumps or compressors
• Compact materials to create level bases
• Light excavation
• Assemble temporary structures
• Assist skilled construction or extraction personnel
• Dismantle temporary structures
• Clean equipment or facilities
• Maintain construction tools
• Other tasks as assigned
Job Conditions and Requirements include but not limited to:
• Wear Safety Equipment such as Safety Shoes, Glasses, Gloves, Hearing Protection or Hard Hats as required (we provide glasses, gloves, vest and hard hat)
• Exposure with Heavy Duty Equipment
• Outdoors, Exposed to Weather (Very Hot or Cold Temperatures)
• Spend Time Using Your Hands to Handle, Control, or Feel Objects
• Work with Work Group or Team
• Sounds, Noise Levels Are Distracting
• Standing, Bending or Twisting the Body
• Kneeling, Crouching, Stooping, or Crawling
• Spend Time Making Repetitive Motions
• Adherence to safety requirements of the job site
• Compliance with attendance Policies/Responsibilities:
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
