General laborer needed for a growing custom fabrication company looking to hire someone to assist with preparing job/project sites, assist with site and equipment setup/operation/take down, loading/unloading materials, and installing product at job sites. Job Duties ... • Preparing work sites for installation projects.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Building and taking down equipment and structures at worksites.
• Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes.
• Operating and tending to machinery and heavy equipment.
• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction and job execution plans.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties
Requirements
• Prior work experience working on job/construction sites
• Flexible in skillset and attitude in order to meet frequently changing job requirements.
• Willingness to learn new skills and show ability and take on challenges and meet deadlines
• Periodic weekend work will be required in order to meet job and project requirements
• Clean driving record and ability to drive various light vehicles, as needed
