Salary: $18.00 p/h ... Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri. some Saturdays.
Responsibilities
• Answer all incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner determine the business of the caller and successfully route or handle the call as appropriate.
• Return all calls and go through the messages on the answering machine.
• Create new files, SO’s and work orders.
• Mail and create documents.
• Confirmation for installs made over the phone.
• Print out necessary documents.
• Make labels.
• Prepare documents for rebates & warranties.
• Greet customers when they come into the facility.
• Be willing to learn new things as needed.
• Printing and copying various forms.
• Provide basic product information to customers when walk-ins come to the facility.
• Provide administrative support when needed to all departments.
• Enter data in MarketSharp.
Education and Experience
