Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons ... - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Maintain knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
- Multilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus for assisting diverse customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with electronic sales systems and cash registers
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Must be 21 years of age or older (as required by state law)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict compliance guidelines
