Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers in finding and selecting packaging and shipping services that meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell additional packaging and packing materials to enhance the customer experience and secured delivery
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Skills
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to effectively comprehend shipping services and regulations
- Previous experience an sales and/or customer service
