One way that Providence fosters inclusivity in the workplace is that we have a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, at least at my branch. I'm in Providence Home and Community Care in Portland, Oregon. So we have a DEI committee, and it's not just for people with different skin tones. We have all kinds of different folks on the committee. And before I got on this committee a year and a half ago, I never realized that I was missing what it provides. For me, it provides a place where I can come to work and be myself and work with other people to create a culture of safety and belonging across our entire branch. And this is how I'm currently experiencing Providence fostering inclusivity.

Providence is calling a Care Manager RN, Behavioral Health who will:
• Support Primary Care teams across the Providence Clinical Network with a variety of administrative and clinical tasks
• Support improvement in depression treatment response across the network
• Work with stakeholders throughout the clinical network to develop protocol and test technology solutions to complete depression monitoring screening tools outside of scheduled visits

Required qualifications for this position include:
• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• Registered Nurse License in the state(s) of nursing practice
• 3+ years professional nursing experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
• 1+ years' experience in mental health/behavioral health
