Position Summary
Perform (3) primary functions within a production/warehouse environment: Material Handler, Forklift Driver, and Baler Operator ... Responsibilities
Material Handler
· Efficiently load and unload trucks
· Preparation of Paperboard and Corrugated Sheet materials
· Distribute all materials to the appropriate departments and ensure that the corresponding documentation is attached and displayed.
· Visual quality inspection of all paperboard and corrugated materials during the Preparation and Aerating Process
· Accurate data entry of timekeeping records and paperwork.
· Maintain location control for all paperboard and corrugated materials.
· Accountable for all movements of board material up to the point of usage including staging materials for individual jobs.
Forklift Driver / Utility Duties
· Perform additional job duties as assigned by management. Some examples include but not limited to:
-Safely, efficiently operate a Forklift across multiple departments within a production environment
-Start-up Boiler and Compressor daily
-Aerator duties
Baler Operator
· Ensure Bales are tied properly during machine operation.
· Remove tied Bales from the Baler
· Load tied Bales and other recycle material onto the Recycle trailer.
· Proactively identify potential safety issues and take action to prevent problems and accidents.
· Ensure the following actions are taken regarding safety:
-Personal actions
-Clothing
-Machinery actions

Education, Job Knowledge, and Skills:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· 1-2 years related job experience.
· Previous experience operating a Forklift safely and efficiently.
· Ability to operate equipment, tools required of role.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, throughout shift.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
· Ability to write routine reports.

· Strong work ethic and knowledge of manufacturing and warehouse operations.
· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed all job performance expectations.
· Communication: Actively listens and demonstrates strong people skills.
