• Coordinate and successfully organize internal and external events - includes food & beverage, AV/IT needs, and any other event related logistics
• Place catering & beverage orders as requested
• Partner with internal and external clients to assess needs while managing event and activity projects
• Build strong relationships with business partners including caterers, restaurants, and building management
• Manage and track event/catering budgets and invoices
• Collaborate with other teams and functional areas to successfully manage meetings both on-site and off-site as needed
• Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently
• Managing and overseeing events on the day, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors
Your Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of catering/event planning experience (corporate environment a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task while prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Superior organization and attention to detail
• Ability to consistently provide a high level of customer service
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment
• Proactive planning, critical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

The hourly range will be estimated between $25 and $28 and contingent on relevant experience
