Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of catering events, including menu planning, food preparation, and setup
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Manage and help supervise a team of catering staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Experience:

Previous experience in the catering industry is a big plus

Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations

Proven experience in managing shifts and supervising teams

Familiarity with banquet operations and large-scale event planning

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
