As a Banquet Server, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner ... Duties include:
• Setting banquet tables
• Ensuring menu knowledge
• Keeping serving stations restocked throughout the event.
• Cleaning trays and tray stands.
• Maintaining guest tables and serving stations according to client specifications.
• Assisting other catering staff to optimize guests’ dining experience

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Physical Demands: Ability to stay on your feet, climb stairs, and carry heavyweights.
• Professional Appearance: Present yourself in a professional manner.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Remain composed in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and adhere to sanitary practices.
• Experience: Prior experience as a server is preferred.
• Background: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Transportation: Ability to drive to different locations within Fresno and surrounding areas. Reliable transportation is required
Certifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Food handlers experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
