Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, a Customer Service Rep team member provides support to our Jordano's Food Service Division customers and Account Executives by applying a broad understanding and knowledge of our products, prices, delivery schedules, and policies.
What Will You Be Doing?
• Interact with customers at will-call desk and over the phone to process orders.
• Oversee orders being pulled by will-call attendant.
• Process checks/debit card transactions and data entry.
• Assist Sales department with various tasks.
• Scheduled on site M-F, 8am-4:30pm, additional Saturday and Sunday shift available.
What Experience, Skills and Attributes Will You Need to Be Successful?
• Foodservice industry experience preferred with demonstrated customer service background and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Power-sell, and AS400 NCR/Retalix software preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What Do We Offer?
Current Employee Hourly Pay Rate Schedule: $20.25 to $22.25 per hour (Starting pay is dependent on qualifications; target start rate is $20.25 per hour)
