We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Dry Cleaning Cashier and Machine Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, interacting with customers, tagging clothing items for cleaning, and operating the dry cleaning machine. Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Tag clothing items for cleaning and keep track of customer orders
• Operate the dry cleaning machine according to company standards
• Inspect garments for stains or damage and follow proper cleaning procedures
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with other duties as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
