Duties
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and maintaining accurate medication records
- Prepare and package medications for distribution to patients ... - Perform inventory management and order supplies as needed

- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals

Experience
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician preferred
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology and common medications
- Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
Skills:
- Pharmacy knowledge and experience
- IV infusion experience
- Experience in acute care settings
- Familiarity with medical terminology and critical care medications
- Knowledge of inhalation medications and administration techniques
- Proficient in pharmacy technician duties, including medication dispensing and record keeping
- Strong patient care skills, including the ability to provide compassionate and professional service
- Understanding of aseptic technique for sterile compounding
This role requires a Pharmacy Technician certification or licensure, as well as adherence to all state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well within a team, and demonstrate a commitment to patient safety.
