Pay Rates: $16.00 $19.00- DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND ASSESSMENT RESULT.
Shifts:
• 1ST SHIFT: 6 AM-2:30 PM.
• 2ND SHIFT: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.
• Monday - Friday. WITH OCCASIONAL OVERTIME ON SATURDAYS.
Responsibilities:
• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components.
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Review drawing and instructions before each project.
• Assemble each product according to specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet quality standards.
• Identify any product defects; record and report them accordingly.
• Complete required quality and production forms.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary products in your workstation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields.
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Sit or stand for long periods, 8-12 hours
