Our Customer Support Representative Are Responsible For:
• Building sustainable trusted consultant relationships with customers and providing them with guidance on all aspects
• Conducting outreach through personalized interactions, group presentations, or attendance at public events
• Registering and creating customer accounts for qualifying community members
• Collecting data regarding the outcome of your outreach efforts to improve sales margins
• Participating in training and planning meetings with fellow Community and Outreach Specialists as required to build knowledge of our clients and stay on top of any updates or further regulations
• Presenting program eligibility, application, and renewal guidelines to community members
As A Customer Support Representative, You Must Have:
• 0-3 years of experience in Customer Support Representative, Community Outreach, Customer Service, Sales, or involvement in Volunteering initiatives
• High school diploma or GED is a MUST
• Strong ability to build partnerships and consult effectively with community members and leadership
• Capability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
• Proactive and outgoing when engaging community members
• Understand and be patient in difficult situations
• Passion for making our community better and enhancing the customer experience
