Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor ... - Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
- Ensure accuracy of deliveries by verifying items and quantities before departure
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Collect payments from customers, if required
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery
Skills:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Experience driving various types of vehicles, including box trucks, tractor-trailers, or similar vehicles
- Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedules
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of heavy items
