WORK / LIFE BALANCE: We have a team of experienced dispatchers that have also sat in the driver's seat. They understand that while you're running you want to maximize your earnings, and when you are at home you want to fully enjoy your time off. It is possible to have both, and we will help you achieve that! OTR drivers can anticipate running nationwide for 4 weeks at a time with a full 7 days off. Neier will provide the necessary transportation for home-time.
PAID ORIENTATION & TRAINING
Held at the Neier terminal in Indianapolis, IN
Individual orientations. This allows for a more personalized experience
Designed to have you on the road as safely & quickly as possible. Usually within a week
Hourly pay while in orientation & training. Transition to sliding mileage bracket when you are released to run solo.
ASSIGNED TRACTORS: Our full-time company drivers are provided with an assigned tractor. Your tractor is your home away from home and our maintenance program is designed to keep equipment in good working condition. We appreciate drivers completing thorough inspections and will reward drivers for clean DOT Inspections.

ABOUT NEIER: We are a trucking company located on the southwest side of Indianapolis, IN. We started operations in 1989 and remain family owned & operated. We are seeking quality professional Class A CDL Truck Drivers.
Being in the business since 1989 has allowed us to establish a diversified group of customers that allow us to offer a steady workload to all drivers year-round. Being part of the Hazardous Waste Transportation industry, our drivers can expect to run lanes for a core group of customers and encounter minimal time at large distribution centers. While the majority of our work is drop & hook, we do have specialized equipment runs such as Roper Pumps, Vac operations, and Roll-Off work for drivers that are interested.
