Summary:
Ready Mix Operators ensure the timely delivery of Ready-Mix concrete products in a safe and courteous manner. Operators use a mobile manufacturing vehicle to load, mix and distribute products based on a customer’s specifications. Operators are service providers delivering on the customer service expectations of the company.

Pay rates are based upon experience and will be discussed in a face-to-face interview.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conduct your work safely.
· Prepare ready-mix concrete according to customer request.
· Deliver ready-mix concrete to the jobsite within assigned timeframe.
· Operate truck to assist in distributing ready-mix concrete Provide outstanding customer service.
· Ensure completion of require paperwork prior to pouring concrete.
· Keep the truck clean and presentable at all times.
· Return to plant in a timely manner to receive next load.
· Possess a "GO-GETTER" mentality.
· Collect all COD (cash on delivery) prior to pouring out product.
Qualifications:
· Current CDL Class B or higher. (Not a permit)
· Good driving record (MVR Requested).
· Submit for a criminal background check.
· Clear Drug/Alcohol Clearinghouse.
· Pass a DOT drug screen (pre-screen).
· Current DOT Medical Card.
· No felony convictions within the past ten years.
· No unexplained gaps in employment.
Working Conditions:
· Monday – Saturday schedule
· Shifts will be flexible (morning, mid-day, and night).
· Overtime is expected.
· Expect to work outdoors in elements.
Physical Requirements:
· Able to lift/carry 50lbs regularly.
· Able to walk up and down ladders/stairs regularly.
· Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance on the trucks (greasing and cleaning).
