Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls for 12 associations.
• Provide ad hoc office support as needed.
• Efficiently prepare and edit various forms of correspondence.
• Manage calendars, invitations, and travel arrangements.
• Handle office supply ordering and inventory management.
• Schedule appointments and send reminders.
• Assist with project-based tasks and committee support.
• Manage lists, email bounce reports, and returned mail.
• Provide exhibitor data support and assist with continuing education management.
• Assist with event preparations, registration mailings, and attendee/exhibitor packets.
• Support project/task flow, follow-up, and report management.
• Handle weekly post office/bank visits
• Client member dues processing.
