Description - External ... As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Influence an environment of outstanding customer's service to all departmental employees
• Responsible for the coordination of all administrative functions between internal and external customers in order to maintain and update the daily Sales Executives rotation schedule to include but not limited to paid time off, company medical leave policies, attendance tracking
• Lead all aspects of inventory control for sales tools kits, sales collateral and new owner gifts
• Generating accurate reports, maintaining various files and sales materials
• Assist with additional projects as requested by Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and any other partners that have a direct connection to customers for the International and Domestic Sales Markets

• 2+ years of clerical and/or office work experience
• 1+ year of Sales experience in a customer service position within either a timeshare company or hotel
• Computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• 3+ years of clerical and/or office work experience
• 3+ years of Sales experience in timeshare
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Ability to resolve customer service related issues in a proficient manner
