As an event server, we are looking for polished individuals that can offer and maintain enthusiastic, efficient, and elevated service. A smile, good attitude, and a coachable mindset will make you successful in the position. Event servers are accountable for delivering food and beverages to guests in an unobtrusive, timely fashion. They must show respect and courtesy ... to all guest and provide consistently exceptional service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed and dressed in proper uniform.
• Greet, seat and serve guests in a prompt, friendly, unobtrusive, and professional way.
• Communicate guests' special requests with Chef or Events Coordinator.
• Keep service areas clean and complete all assigned cleaning tasks.
• Respond quickly to safety, cleanliness, and sanitation issues.
• Help with event set-up and clean-up.
• Uphold club policies and provide elevated service at all times
• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of menu items offered at events
• Polish Glassware, silverware, and other serve ware at the conclusion of each event.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager.
General Physical Demands for the Position:
Servers will regularly stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, and carry and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
