Duties
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards ... - Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Skills
- Customer service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns in a professional manner
- Commercial cleaning: Experience in commercial cleaning practices and techniques
- Sanitation: Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Cleaning: Ability to clean various surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and tools
- Floor care: Experience in floor care, including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and buffing
- Hotel: Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards and procedures
- Custodial: Understanding of custodial duties, including trash removal and restroom maintenance
- Carpet cleaning: Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and equipment
- Laundering: Ability to launder linens and towels according to established guidelines
- Residential cleaning: Experience in residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, and organizing

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
