What You'll Do
• Assist with scheduling work for the shop
• Coordinate between detailing department and customers
• Dispatch freight for the shop
• Generate requisitions for orders and coordinate scheduling
• Schedule deliveries of fabricated product to job sites
• Assist with special projects and analytics of business needs
• Generate reports and respond to inquiries
• Maintain an effective and accurate records management system
• Sort and enter documents and data accurately into the system
What You'll Need
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task
• Minimum 2 years scheduling of products for delivery to customers; preferably in the construction industry
Your Education
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
