Reliability is the most important thing for us! Position Summary Our Floral Event Crew is part of a team responsible for delivery, set up, and breakdown of event floral and rental equipment from our warehouse to the venue site.
This means you start each day at our warehouse with your team and head to the wedding event site together.
Our event support team is ultimately responsible for delivering our event product on time and in alignment with our customer expectations.

Set up floral arrangements and d cor based on the direction of the lead floral designer Load and unload supplies and inventory Clean up event at the end of the evening Delivery of floral arrangements to clients Have a wonderful, inviting personality that exemplifies a positive attitude Responding to any and all questions from the venue staff in a respectful manner Minimum
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License Required or State issued ID card Must have a reliable driving record as you will operate our company van Must be able to lift up to 30-40lbs.
Must be able to stay on your feet for extended periods of time Must be able to climb ladders; lifting and bending required Ability to use smartphone and navigate Jobber app for scheduling/communication Upon hiring full background check and drug test will be required Job Type:

Uniform:
Each employee will be given 2 company shirts to be worn on event setup and breakdown days.
Additional shirts may be purchased by the employee.
In addition to wearing company shirts on event days, employees are permitted to wear black or khaki pants or a nice quality jean with no holes.
Any shorts worn during warmer months on setup and breakdown days must be an appropriate, business casual length.
Wear comfortable, closed toe shoes you would exercise in! Lunch Breaks:
During long shifts, paid lunch breaks are offered.
Water/Drinks are provided, but please be sure to bring lunch/snacks/drinks to keep yourself well hydrated and healthy! Work Hours:
Day shifts and night shifts available.
Day shifts usually start at 12pm and are 4-6 hours long.
Night shifts start anywhere from 5pm-1am and are 5 hours long.
