Position Summary: The Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service to clients who visit our Home Depot store by identifying their needs and providing assistance throughout the sales process. This position will require recommendations and sales from every customer in their department.

• Provide relevant information to clients in order to sell an entire project
• Create and maintain a positive shopping environment by greeting and qualifying clients
• Recommend products and services that meet the client's needs and provide a solution
• Process transactions and accurately handle upsells and additional service offerings
• Manage inventory and ensure the department is well stocked for client needs
Qualifications:
• Prior sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept at prioritizing and managing time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
Working Conditions: This position is located in our Home Depot store and will require standing, walking, and working on a computer for extended periods of time. The noise level can be moderate to loud and there may be some exposure to outdoor weather conditions
