Duties:
- Perform order picking and packing using a variety of warehouse equipment, including order pickers, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
- Build and package orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards ... - Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting any discrepancies.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, inspecting incoming shipments, and preparing outgoing shipments.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and packing.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
