Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: They currently have a team of 80 people that do not have administrative support.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to doing all the team support plus calendaring for a business unit leader.
• They will be doing calendar event expense and space management.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 70 team support 20 supporting the leadership team and 10 meetings.
Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required: 2 overall years of experience in the field:
• Minimum 1-2 years experience with customer service.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience with calendar management.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in administration work.
