Job Summary/Basic Functions
Serves as a key point of contact for the office with various constituencies in person and by telephone and/or email. The position will provide administrative support for the professional staff of the Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement; provide support for and during special events and activities sponsored by the offices, and provides administrative support for frontline fundraising staff, alumni engagement staff, and the Alumni Association and its Board of Directors. The position will also be responsible for assisting the Executive Assistant with budget maintenance and accounts payable.
Required Experience:
Previous administrative experience or relevant experience working in a service-oriented field with transferable skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities, meeting deadlines, adapting to changing priorities and needs
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Prior experience working for a non-profit organization, preferably in higher education
Experience using Banner, Office 365/Teams, Adobe InDesign, Banner, and/or iModules

• Excellent grammatical, spelling, and overall editorial skills
• Exceptional independent judgment and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, teams, SharePoint, and zoom
• Knowledge of the University structure, programs, and how to navigate the University website
