Customer Service Representative
If you enjoy talking with others over the phone, problem solving, making sales and providing exemplary customer service, then a role in our World Service Center team would be right for you. Our World Service Center answers incoming phone calls from customers and Travel Advisors, sells travel insurance policies, and provides education and support to current and ... potential customers by answering questions related to our products and services. Prior insurance experience is beneficial but is not necessary, as we are willing to train the right individual.
We will provide you with all of the training, support and funding required to become a licensed travel insurance professional. Travel is NOT required in this position.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collect a customer’s travel and personal details, uncovering stated & unstated needs to recommend and sell a product based on those needs.
Assisting travel advisors and insurance brokers to make the best Travel Guard product selection available for their clients.
Answering product questions and assisting clients with pre- and post-sale inquiries.
Qualifications for this position are as follows:
The ability to obtain a limited lines license.
1-2 years in sales or customer service experience required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
